A Summer of F.A.V.O.R.es: Martha Eliot Celebrates its Graduates with Haley House

On Tuesday, June 10th, Wunderfull Lab proudly celebrated the graduation of our very first F.A.V.O.R.es workshop participants at Martha Eliot Health Center—a joyful milestone that brought together caregivers, Haley House, and the Martha Eliot F.A.V.O.R.es team for a ceremony filled with flavor, connection, and pride.

The workshop was composed of four weeks of hands-on learning focused on food access, nutrition, and building connections to the community. Caregivers and their children gathered for one final activity: a lively cooking class led by the incredible team from Haley House. With guidance from Chef Kevonna and Sisi Jean-Baptiste, manager of the Take Back the Kitchen program, participants learned to make Tropical Tuna Rice Bowl – featuring fresh avocado, mango, tomato, lime, and sofrito sauce.

Following the cooking session, F.A.V.O.R.es hosted a heartfelt graduation ceremony where Ana Keyla Diaz Reinoso, Senior Patient Navigator and workshop leader, presented each caregiver with a small gift, as well as a gift card and a graduation certificate. We couldn’t be more proud of our F.A.V.O.R.es graduates and deeply grateful to Haley House and Ana Keyla for making this celebration—and this entire program—so meaningful. We look forward to the future and continued F.A.V.O.R.es workshops.
